These terms apply to digital products sold by Gabriele Romeo through go.gabrieleromeo.com, including The Pro Jazz Guitar Guide, the Practice Pack, the Bebop Technique Workout and the bundles described on the relevant purchase page.
Paid lessons and mentorship programmes have their scope, schedule, fees and booking conditions agreed separately before purchase. Booking a free introductory lesson does not commit you to a paid programme.

2. Your order and payment
The purchase page and checkout identify the product, what is included, the price, currency and applicable taxes. Optional additions are purchased only when you select them. Please check these details before submitting your order.
You submit an order using the checkout button that indicates an obligation to pay. We accept the order by confirming it or providing the purchased digital content after successful payment. Keep the order confirmation and these terms for your records.
Payment is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. A purchase described as a one-time payment does not create a recurring subscription.
3. Digital delivery and access
Products are delivered electronically through the download or access method described in the offer, following successful payment. You need an email address, internet access and software capable of opening the file formats described on the product page. Any specified access period or additional technical requirements form part of the offer.
If a download link is missing, a file is damaged or access does not work, please contact us using the details above so we can help resolve it.
4. Use of the materials
You may use purchased materials for your own practice and study. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Redistribution, resale or public uploading requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Any additional permission expressly granted with a product remains valid.
5. Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content and services remain unaffected. Please contact us if a product is not as described or does not work as supplied. These terms do not limit remedies or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal
If you are a consumer entitled to withdraw under applicable distance-selling law, you may withdraw from the digital-product contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Any longer period or additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.
To withdraw, tell Gabriele Romeo at the postal address above or by email to hello@gabrieleromeo.com that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Include your name and enough information to identify the purchase, such as the product, order number or purchase email address. You may use the model notice below, but it is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments due to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring a fee.
For paid digital content, statutory withdrawal rights can end early only where the legally required conditions are met, including your express prior consent to delivery during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that the right is lost when delivery begins, the start of delivery and the required contractual confirmation. Downloading a file alone does not constitute agreement to waive a statutory withdrawal right.
After cancellation and reimbursement, any right to use the cancelled digital product ends as provided by applicable law.
Withdraw from contract
To send a withdrawal declaration online, enter your name, the purchase you wish to cancel and the email address for your acknowledgement. Press Confirm withdrawal to submit your declaration. A dated acknowledgement is sent by email. This form does not issue a payment refund automatically.

7. Applicable law and privacy
German law applies subject to the mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing here removes those protections.
